Significantly more serious than its main competitor, much more professional, and doesn't treat customers like numbers, telling them, "We'll call you back." Very good experiences...often a little difficult to reach...but that's the price of success. Best of luck to Expedia.

I had booked a shared shuttle for two people for round-trip airport transfers for my stay at the Desert Rose Resort in Las Vegas (paid for through Expedia). Upon arrival at the airport, the Bell Trans team refused to pick us up, stating that the Desert Rose Resort wasn't included in their route and that Expedia was wrongly offering this additional paid service! WARNING: STILL NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS SENT TO EXPEDIA!!!!!!!!

Hello, I ordered two plane tickets and received the reservation confirmation, but not the tickets or invoice. This worried me. I saw all the negative reviews on this site, which scared me. I called Expedia customer service, and they reassured me that they would send the tickets; they do exist with the airline. I haven't taken the trip yet. For the moment, everything is in order.
