I was upset when I ordered really berry and got a menthol berry, so I contacted them about it. Then, a few days went by, and I got really berry from them and a disposable, which they didn’t have to, but I gave them 5 stars. They fix the mess-ups pretty quickly, and they got my 100% satisfaction
