I began struggling with pain and constant discomfort after spending 8+ hours/day at my desk while working and studying. I'd take very regular stretch breaks but over the course of a few months, my pain would persist the moment I would sit down again. My overall mood and attitude suffered as a result of my back pain. I ordered this with a little skepticism, but it's been so incredible. The middle clip that keeps my legs together is a great bonus. I sit with my knees slightly above hip level, and I can comfortably sit all day with no problem.

I am glad I got this. It really does work. It makes long hours at my desk doable. Sometimes I actually feel better because it can feel like it's putting me in proper alignment. It is EXTREMELY well designed and durable! It's also compact, folds up, and zips so you can carry it by the handle. It's also really easy to use (take on and off). It takes a bit to get it adjusted, but once you do, you are good to go.

This item is great for straightening your back when sitting. The only real problem I see with the device is that if the straps are tight, it is a little bit rough on the kneecaps. If you loosen the straps, then you don't feel like you are getting the best straightening. I have worn mine for long periods because I have a sedentary job, so I may have to cut back on the frequency of use. I am hoping that long-term, I will notice better posture when walking, as well as sitting.

This is an incredible product that makes one realize how the body was previously holding tension all over when sitting, and realize how to let go of all that tension in a way that keeps the back perfectly aligned and comfortable. It is also ideal for closed eyes sitting, such as meditation, contemplation, prayer, or Reiki, etc. All you need is you, the Better Back, and a chair!

Fairly comfortable and easy to use. Reason for only 3-stars: my order was missing the center clip, as well as one quick slip keeper for the straps. Customer service was not easy to work with; I did not receive the missing parts of the product.
