4. Damaged within 30 days: They will remake and resend the glasses or offer coupons to change new glasses for material or technique reasons and you only need to pay the postage and price differences.
5. Uncomfortable glasses: If you cannot see clearly or feel uncomfortable after receiving the new glasses, please first check the prescription you uploaded because customers often fill in the wrong prescription. If your prescription is correct, please adjust your glasses according to the tips here. If it still causes uncomfortable wearing, please contact WhereLight Customer Service Center in time.
