It’s still not confirmed yet, how the outbreak started, but it is believed that the source of this virus is the ‘wet market’ that is in Wuhan (place in China). Any disease can lead us to death, so we cannot say that coronavirus is a deadly disease. Yes, it is dangerous, and it has spread in the world so quickly unlike any other disease.

Symptoms of Coronavirus

Some of the symptoms may result in fever, coughing, headache, sore throat shortness of breath, and a general feeling of being unwell. If you’ve heard any of the remedies like drinking a lot of water, using mouth fresheners and lemons, or eating garlic, so there is no scientific proof that these remedies will help you protect from this disease. However, people with this disease do not have to worry about this, their body fights this disease on their own.

Stay safe and clean

Don’t keep yourself dirty even for a minute. Rinse your mouth and nose, and wash your hands for at least 20 seconds, If it’s not available then use a hand sanitiser. This will help in keeping yourself away from harmful diseases. Don’t bring your outside shoes inside your home, instead use boot covers or foot covers inside your home.

Stay at Home

Don’t go to those countries where coronavirus is highly affected, even if it is necessary. And if somehow you go there, then on returning get yourself vaccinated whether your body is affected by the disease or not.

Keep your hands in your pocket

Try not to touch your mouth and nose. Stay away from sick people, because this disease transmits very quickly from person to person. When you are with someone keep a distance of at least 3 feet if the person sneezes or coughs, its droplets may be picked by you and it can spread further.

Avoid going to crowded places

Avoid going to crowded places, there could be someone infected with this disease and it could harm others. Everyone doesn’t need to wear a mask if you are sick then you have to wear a mask and gloves, so your disease won’t affect other’s health.

Keep your utensils personal

Although sharing is caring. But don’t share your food and eating utensils. Keep everything personal. The disease can also spread from sharing your eating utensils like fork and spoon.

Say NO to Handshakes

We interact with dozens of people every day. And whenever we meet, the first thing we do is a handshake or a hug. So, until this virus is not fully excavated you should say NO to a handshake or a hug with any person you meet. Yeah, it may sound awkward but, prevention is better than cure.

No need to avoid any Food

There’s no need to stop yourself from eating any food, like meat and raw vegetables. However, wash them thoroughly before using them. As it is a virus it can also come in any eatables.

In case you got infected by the coronavirus don’t panic or fear yourself out. You are not going to die or your life has come to an end. In China, almost 80% of people have recovered from this disease.

You don’t have to worry about this disease, coronavirus can be cured with some easy and doable safety measures. First thing you have to wash your hands frequently every time you go out or use the restroom. This virus spreads from human to human, so you need to keep a distance from people and avoid visiting crowded places.

As it is a virus, it cannot be cured with antibiotics and medicine. If you are using any home remedies, for instance; mouth fresheners, drinking a lot of water, etc. They won’t help you to get rid of this virus. However, just preventing yourself will help you free yourself from this virus.
